Tango Intromat is a business simulation designed to assist leadership and management groups recognise and develop knowledge based strategies. A team based learning experience, this workshop illustrates the assets in a knowledge organisation include familiar tangibles such as equity and capacity, as well as essential intangibles such employee competence, value added customers and company image. All of these assets - both the tangible and the intangible- must be managed in line with a clear strategy

Developing this dual perspective and understanding how it affects organisational worth, are the first steps in managing the knowledge business. Getting everyone to adopt this perspective, apply the principles to everyday business decisions and create enhanced business value, are the objectives of the simulation.
