I am a Director and Founder Member of EKG, with over 37 years business experience and 12 years in Knowledge and Management Consulting. Over the past seven years I have specialised in Senior Management Development, specifically with clients experiencing the impact of major internal or external change on their organisations.
Much of my work is with Corporate Universities and over the past two years I have worked with clients that include IKEA, Phillips, Motorola, The Inland Revenue and CSC.
My work with Dr Karl-Erik Sveiby and Klas Mellander in the mid '90s helped me develop an appreciation of the huge significance of intangible assets and the relatively low levels of corporate understanding on how to manage and measure these. For me EKG is a vehicle for helping our clients get to grips with these complex issues in a creative and value adding way.

I have a passionate belief in life time learning. I am driven by a desire to help people learn quickly and effectively. All organisations are affected by the shrinking of the 'Time to Market'. This constant pressure on time, coupled with rapidly changing business environments is driving a need for world class skills and management development. Paradoxically many organisations are putting the squeeze on the time available for their staff to learn.
For me the challenge is to create programmes that help people learn more quickly, retain the knowledge acquired and be able to convert it into actionable plans that will benefit their organisation. In short, to be able to answer the CFO's question - "What is the ROI on your training and development programmes?"
Celemi Master Facilitator
I am a Master Facilitator for all the major Business Simulations designed by Celemi AB, Malmo. I am qualified to train others on their usage and, if appropriate, accredit them to use the tools themselves. These include their key tools for Knowledge Management - Tango and Apples & Oranges Knowledge. As a specialist facilitator for Celemi Tools I have worked with clients across Europe, USA and Canada, South Africa and the Far East.
Creating Value from the Intangibles
I work with organisations to help them get a better understanding of the significance of the "off Balance Sheet" items that are driving their Company's Market Capital. My work helps them to identify what needs to be measured to create value for the future, and the sort of initiatives that will drive the changes necessary to deliver the planned results.
