I have long experience in helping organisations plan, implement and manage change and, since the early '90s, have developed a particular passion for looking at knowledge, learning and innovation as potentially key elements in achieving successful organizational change.
Whilst I believe that streamlined processes and operating structures and modern ICT systems are key components of successful organizational change my key emphasis remains working in the "human" and "intellectual" capital" areas - areas that are increasingly reckoned to be in the "organizational intangibles" area. I positively enjoy helping to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness through the training, development, management and motivation of their people.
My professional background in finance and marketing ensures that whilst focusing on human capital I also can maintain a strong holistic view of organisations, and always retain a strong customer/end-user focus. Thus I have much to contribute in the marketing, branding and internal communications areas.

Consultancy, Training and Development in Change Management
I have the experience to work with the management of organisations large and small in discussing, designing and developing appropriate change strategies to achieve stated aims and objectives.
Knowledge Management and e-Learning
I am working increasingly with organisations that are turning to knowledge and organizational learning focused strategies to achieve sustainable long-term competitive advantage. I am currently researching Knowledge Management, its impacts on Innovation and Customer Service in large complex organisations. I have a particular interest in organizational intangibles - brands, image, know-how, customer service and the measurement and management of these in 21st century organisations.
I am an experienced developed of distance and e-learning programmes, with clients in the public, healthcare and higher educational sectors.
Not only have I helped populate e-learning platforms, I have also helped design and develop them, working with a number of learning services and technology-based organisations to develop technology-base learning systems.
Marketing Services
As an experienced Chartered Marketer I have a wealth of experience in designing and developing marketing and communications programmes for organisations of all sizes and have the experience and ability to design and put on a variety of Events - conferences, exhibitions, seminars and workshops, often using materials developed by me specifically for particular clients
Project Management
I am an experienced project manager and enthusiastically take on, also teach, project management in areas of organisational change, marketing, fundraising, business transformation, knowledge management and e-learning.

Recent Client Projects
Recent clients include: National Health Service ( 5 divisions), University of Greenwich, Tyrone Textiles, Era Ltd, University of East London, Rubicon Communications, London Enterprise, London Knowledge Network London Chamber of Commerce.
In 1999 working with London Borough of Newham I set up the first e-learning intranet for a UK Local Authority - helping the Council win the prestigious Council of The Year Award in 2000, which they then won again in 2003.
In 2002 I co-developed and populated the "HealthKnowledge" knowledge platform for the Public Health sectors of the NHS in London.
In 2003 I designed and developed the Programme and Speaker Schedules for the successful inaugural "London Enterprise" event and have been favoured with this work again in 2004 (see Case Study)
With University of Greenwich I successfully launched in 2003 the London Knowledge Network, a not-for-profit members' organisation focusing on the successful development of knowledge-focused strategies in London-based organisations - public and private.
