Our Methodology
Technically we operate in the 'knowledge management' space but our people/process-centric approach goes beyond simple knowledge management initiatives and seeks to uncover the real value of knowledge and intangibles within your organisation.
We are truly independent and have worked with some of the world's best companies as well as some of the leading lights in the fields of knowledge management and intellectual capital. Our work draws on the ideas and concepts of Karl-Erik Sveiby, Leif Edvinsson, Verna Alee and David Snowdon amongst others. Some of these key thinkers and practitioners are also our partners enabling us to draw on vast reserves of experience when working with clients.
A key aspect of our approach in the learning we pass on to the people we work with. In our view the many benefits of our work with clients will be short lived unless we help embed some of the learning within the organisation. That's why we use a range of learning interventions to back-up our work with clients. These range from conventional workshops through to experiential simulations which really engage people and help achieve deep understanding and subsequent behaviour change across a wide range of knowledge issues.
